RAROMA coordinated and advanced the strategic MOU between Japan's Murano Group and the People's Committee of Hue City. The agreement was achieved after nearly two years of dialogue and coordination, creating a foundation for continued cultural, tourism, and business collaboration.
Held in the imperial city of Hue to commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam, HUE MATSURI 2023 brought Japanese manga culture together with Vietnam's royal heritage through the Manga Palace concept.
HuMa Creative is a Vietnam-based manga, webtoon, and digital content production studio. Through a nationwide network of more than 200 creators and over 300 completed projects, we provide end-to-end production from character design and storyboarding to line art, backgrounds, coloring, and finishing.
In partnership with Gakken, RAROMA delivered a Japanese-language education program in Hue to support Yokohama's need for qualified care workers. The initiative used education to build a sustainable cross-border talent pathway.
In 2019, RAROMA produced an official sumo performance for the opening of the Japanese Garden at Vinhomes Smart City, one of Hanoi's largest urban developments. WHERE CULTURE MEETS FUTURE brought one of Japan's most iconic living traditions to a Vietnamese audience for the first time.
Lantern Night transforms Yokohama Bay Quarter's waterfront with the atmospheric glow of lanterns inspired by Hoi An. RAROMA has played a key role from the project's launch through its continued operation.
Founded by RAROMA CEO Mai Hoai Giang in Hatchobori, Tokyo, in 2019, Duyen was a membership platform for exchange between Japan and Vietnam. It connected business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals across both countries.
Cyclo Limousine is the symbolic project at the origin of RAROMA. The traditional Southeast Asian cyclo, with roots reaching back to the 1940s, was reimagined for Japan's urban landscape in 2017 as a living expression of cultural connection.
