Murano Group × Hue City | Coordinating Policy-Level Collaboration
RAROMA coordinated and advanced the strategic MOU between Japan's Murano Group and the People's Committee of Hue City. The agreement was achieved after nearly two years of dialogue and coordination, creating a foundation for continued cultural, tourism, and business collaboration.

HUE MATSURI 2023 – Manga Meets Heritage | A Landmark Japan–Vietnam Partnership Project
Held in the imperial city of Hue to commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam, HUE MATSURI 2023 brought Japanese manga culture together with Vietnam's royal heritage through the Manga Palace concept.

HuMa Creative is a Vietnam-based manga, webtoon, and digital content production studio. Through a nationwide network of more than 200 creators and over 300 completed projects, we provide end-to-end production from character design and storyboarding to line art, backgrounds, coloring, and finishing.

Gakken Partnership | Japanese-Language Training for Care Workers in Hue
In partnership with Gakken, RAROMA delivered a Japanese-language education program in Hue to support Yokohama's need for qualified care workers. The initiative used education to build a sustainable cross-border talent pathway.
